Sunday SchoolSunday school is very much essential for a Christian church growth. The general aim of our Sunday school is to help Children discover their relationships with God and the Christian community. Through a good Christian education, we can give the children the knowledge that will affect the way they live, their attitudes and the way they make decisions. Our main goal has been twofold: to nurture the Biblical upbringing of the Children of IPC Bethel, and to encourage them to reach out to family and friends with God’s word and through a Godly lifestyle.
Currently at IPC Bethel we have classes in English as well as Kannada. A Spirit filled, dedicated and pedagogically talented team of brothers and sisters are engaged in this ministry. Regular classes are conducted every Sunday from 8.15 am to 9.15 a.m. This year we have around 60 students studying in different classes taught by 14 teachers. We are conducting different activities like Children’s worship, VBS, Talent Test and Annual Exams to develop the Children spiritually, mentally and culturally. By giving individual care, love and affection we win the hearts of the students and thus are able to give them the right instructions and advises from time to time to aid their Christian personality development.
